Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dentist to join our modern and digital dental office in Brampton. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on patient comfort and well-being. This position offers the opportunity to work 1-3 days per week, contributing to our commitment to excellence in dental care. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional clinical care to patients, delivering treatments based on accurate diagnoses to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Conduct thorough diagnoses and effectively communicate treatment options to patients, fostering informed decision-making. - Document all diagnoses and treatment plans meticulously in patient records, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and detail. - Educate and motivate patients on oral health practices, empowering them to achieve and maintain optimal oral health. - Utilize active listening skills and empathy to establish strong patient relationships through effective communication.
