I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll. <br> <br>I'm looking for a Payroll Technician for a manufacturing company located in Saint-Pie, Hybrid or 100% Telecommuting after training.</p><p>-Responsible for the complete payroll cycle for the plant and administrative area for a total of 400 employees. <br>-Responsible for applying the specific rules of the collective agreement for unionized employees (plant). <br>-Vacation and time bank management <br>-Coordinated with ADP to ensure timely payroll processing. <br>-Coordination with various managers to ensure payroll accuracy <br>-Set up and monitor communication processes with various internal and external stakeholders <br>-Manage employee advances for insurance and other purposes.</p><p>-Minimum 5 years' experience in computerized payroll <br>-Knowledge of Canadian payroll rules <br>-Autonomy, attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility <br>-Knowledge of computer systems: ADP, SAP, Kronos, Excel <br>-Knowledge of accounting system and Access software would be an asset <br>English is an asset, as you will be in daily contact with our English-speaking customers/suppliers. <br> <br>PROCEDURE: First interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant, then with the CFO. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 525 0279</p>- LocationSaint-Pie, QC
