As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a primary contact for important wholesale and retail e-commerce customers. You will play a key role in supporting and growing customer relationships and sales.
*Your duties will include, but are not limited to:*
* All levels of customer service, including answering phones, entering and placing orders, communicating with customers, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
* Responding to customer emails, chat bot messages, social media posts, and phone calls in an organized, prompt, and professional manner
* Entering and reviewing customer orders into our customer relationship management software
* Learning and knowing our 200 page catalogue and 2,000 product SKUs
* Identifying opportunities to improve our B2C and B2B customer service processes
* As part of a team, there will be times when you will support other operational areas of the business, including our wholesale and corporate customer support
* Helping resolve any customer issues respectfully and professionally
* Building a positive, respectful work environment
*Requirements:*
* 3+ years? experience in customer service
* Communications and interpersonal skills relating to customer service
* Basic knowledge of IT, social media, and website order troubleshooting
* Attention to detail and desire to learn about our company and product line
* Motivated self-starter with initiative and the ability to learn on the fly
* Organized with effective time-management
* An upbeat, positive attitude with strong internal communications skills is a must
* Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms (SalesForce & NetSuite is a plus)
* Appreciation of Indigenous arts and cultures
* Fluent in spoken and written English

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,500.00-$55,000.00 per year
