We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and creating innovative menus that reflect our restaurant's vision.
*Duties*
* Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
* Develop and design seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients while considering customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff on food handling techniques, cooking methods, and hospitality practices.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
* Address any kitchen-related issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a restaurant setting.
* Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
* Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining consistency across the menu.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
