*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, demonstrating proficiency with various hand tools and the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role involves working on diverse projects, including flooring installation, drywall, tile laying, and restoration tasks. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. *Duties* * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks. * Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation of materials. * Perform construction painting as needed to complete projects. * Install drywall and ensure proper finishing techniques are applied. * Lay tile according to design specifications and project requirements. * Build and restore structures as required by project specifications. * Carry out flooring installation with precision and attention to detail. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. * Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. *Skills* * Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively. * Ability to read and understand schematics for accurate installations. * Experience in construction painting techniques. * Knowledge of drywall installation methods and finishing processes. * Familiarity with tile laying procedures and materials. * Skills in building, restoring, and maintaining various structures. * Experience in flooring installation across different types of materials (e.g., hardwood, laminate). * Basic welding skills are a plus but not required.
