Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization<br />? Take care of company property<br />? Demonstrates high impact culture through innovation, accountability and empowerment<br />? Must be able to function in a team environment<br />? Usually works with direct supervision but can work independently if needed</p><p><br /><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong><br />? Some travel required<br />? 20%-80% travel depending on division & location (overnight stays, away from home)</p><p><br /><strong>Driving Requirements:</strong><br />? Driver Application for Employment<br />? Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)<br />? Forms:<br />o Driver Disclosure and Release<br />o Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement<br />o FMCSA Certificate of Awareness<br />o Driver Certificate of Violations<br />o Driver Statement of On Duty Hours Road Test<br />o Copy of Driver's License<br />o Copy of Medical Certificate<br><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><br /><strong>Education Requirements:</strong><br />? HS diploma or equivalent<br />? Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements</p><p><br /><strong>Experience Requirements:</strong><br />? Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)<br />? Ability to obtain DOT Medical card<br />? Clean driving record<br />? Work experience preferred<br />? 0 to 2 years of technical work experience, 1 year preferred</p><p><br /><strong>Skill Requirements:</strong><br />? Electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion experience depending on business unit<br />? Work without direct supervision<br />? Technically sound<br />? Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices<br />? Must have customer service experience<br />? Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability<br />? Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly<br />?
