If you understand the importance of upholding a brand reputation and what it takes to provide a globally recognized hospitality experience, you may be just the person we are looking for to work as a Team Member with Hilton Hotels & Resorts. *What will I be doing?* As a *Room Attendant*, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel and continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming * Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed * Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed * Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis * Dispose of trash and recyclables * Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner * Perform guest turn down service, as needed *What are we looking for?* A *Room Attendant* serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. We look for demonstration of these values: *H* Hospitality - We're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences *I* Integrity - We do the right thing, all the time *L *Leadership - We're leaders in our industry and in our communities *T *Teamwork - We're team players in everything we do *O* Ownership - We're the owners of our actions and decisions *N *Now - We operate with a sense of urgency and discipline *Must be available to work shifts on both Weekdays and Weekends.* *Experience* * Previous experience as a Room Attendant is an asset - Not a requirement * Experience in Guest Service is an asset - Not a requirement *Skills* * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently or within a team *Requirements* * Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel?s satisfaction. *Physical Demands* * Stands and walks moderate to long distances throughout shift. * Frequently required to handle and move objects weighing up to 23 kilograms * Push up to 23 kilograms over moderate to long distances using a cart * Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and stretching is required to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks * Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. *This job posting is not exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that a Room Attendant will be asked to perform from time to time.
