Job Title: Estates Litigation - Law Clerk Location: Southwest Region, Ontario Length of Assignment: Permanent Salary: $50,000 - $80,000/year Job Duties: Hybrid Role (3 Days WIO, 2 Days WFH) Reporting to 2 Partners Maintaining an effective bring forward (BF) system in ACL; Drafting correspondence, including: emails, pleadings, documents, reporting letters; Receiving, organizing and reviewing client documents; Working with the eDiscovery team to ensure documents are scanned/loaded and coded in Relativity; Review of/coding and working with documents within Relativity database to produce Affidavit of Documents, etc.; Scheduling Examinations for Discovery and preparing and serving Notices of Examination; Summarizing transcripts and working with client to prepare responses to undertakings;- LocationSouthwest Region
