Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication.
