<p>Worker Type:</p>Permanent<p></p><p></p><p>Language(s) Required:</p>English<p></p><p></p><p>Term Duration (in months):</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :</p>$90,710 - $122,726<p></p><p></p>Lending expertise and passion for teaching others required<br>Teach others to analyze and adjudicate agriculture loan applications and make recommendations based on credit risk management best practices and FCC policies.<p></p><p></p><p><b>What you?ll do:</b></p><ul><li>Authorize more complex loans beyond the limits of Operations lending staff</li><li>Review and analyze source documents and proposals for authorization</li><li>Assess and consistently apply corporate and credit risk policy</li><li>Analyze administration requests such as loan amendments, security amendments and policy exceptions</li><li>Coach lending staff on a variety of credit policies and techniques, researching the topic if necessary</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we?re looking for:</b></p><ul><li>Strong communicator with a proven ability to collaborate across divisions</li><li>Multi-tasker who can thrive in a busy environment</li><li>Team player passionate about Canadian agriculture</li><li>Proven coach and mentor able to share industry trends and risk mitigation techniques</li><li>Organizational pro with strong risk assessment and analysis skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you?ll need:</b></p><ul><li>Undergraduate degree in agriculture, business or economics and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)</li><li>Extensive knowledge of agriculture industry trends, risk mitigation and financial analysis techniques, and accounting principles</li><li>Experience analyzing agricultural loan applications (mortgage, short and long-term credit and revolving credit)</li></ul>- LocationRegina, SK
