We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide care and support for an individual with special needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the challenges and rewards associated with this role. *Responsibilities:* * Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming * Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping * Implement individualized care plans and behaviour management strategies * Facilitate community integration and participation in social activities * Maintain accurate and detailed records of client's condition and care provided * Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members *Qualifications:* * Experience in providing care for individuals with special needs * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude * Valid first aid and CPR certification (preferred) *We offer:* * Competitive compensation * Flexible scheduling * Ongoing training and support * Opportunities for professional growth If you are passionate about making a difference in someone's life, we encourage you to apply!
