*Simplicity Car Care St.Catharines is looking for a Paint Technician!* As our next Paint Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all parts are sprayed to a consistently high quality in a fast-paced body shop atmosphere. In this role, you will collaborate effectively with the body department and management to achieve efficient vehicle flow while ensuring quality standards, restoring vehicle paint to original condition as per manufacturer?s specifications. Competitive hourly rate for experienced painter. Wage negotiable depending on skillset. Experience with PPG paint products an asset. *Job Duties include:* * Select appropriate paint or mix paints using automated paint mixing equipment according to a predetermined formula. *Our ideal candidate is someone:* * Knowledge of water borne paint systems, mixing, tinting, blending (required) * Knowledge of camera scanning for color match * Ability to work well under pressure. * Capable of high quality refinishing * Capable of de-nibbing/wet sanding & polishing *Pay: *Hourly - experience and skillset to determine *Own tools/equipment:* * Spray Guns (preferred) *Schedule:* * Monday to Friday * Day or Afternoon Shift * Overtime (available) * Weekends (available) Please drop off resume in person at Simplicity Car Care located at 51-113 Cushman Rd, St.Catharines, or email to stcatharines@simplicitycarcare.ca *While we appreciate all applications received, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.* Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationSt. Catharines, ON
