*JOB DUTIES:*
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Burlington, ON. The Office Administrator will be responsible for:
* Determine and establish office routines in a professional and courteous manner.
* Greet visitors, answer calls and emails. Route them to the right person.
* Schedule crews to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Purchase, receive and store supplies, ensuring that each project has the basic supplies needed.
* Calculate costs for labour, materials and time requirements.
* Create work orders.
* Recruit new candidates for job opportunities with the company.
* Prepare and send outgoing faxes, email, and courier parcels.
* Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements.
* Perform HR duties such as hire staff, etc.

* 2 years of experience as Office Admin
* Experience in Roofing Industry is considered a strong asset.
