Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex. Room and board provided. Office building. Remote location. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Building operator/superintendent certificate. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
