*Position Overview:*
We are looking for an accomplished Director of Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team. This role is critical in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market share within the transportation sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales, specifically targeting transport companies, and will be adept at selling collision and mechanical repair services.
*Key Responsibilities:*

* Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and performance metrics.
* *Sales Team Development:*
* Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
* *Collaboration and Coordination:*
* Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that resonate with transport companies.
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
* *Reporting and Analysis:*
* Track sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
* Use data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.
*Qualifications:*
* *Experience:*
* Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of success in selling to transport companies and understanding their unique needs.
* *Industry Knowledge:*
* Deep understanding of collision and mechanical repair services and their application in the transportation sector.
* *Skills:*
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
