Education: College/CEGEP. Human services, general. Work site environment: Personal and social adjustment and health (substance abuse, gambling, behaviour disorders). Programs dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Work setting: Social service or charity agency. Tasks: Administrative and office activities. Appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Resolve conflict situations. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients. Maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Mandt System training. Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail. MS Office. Area of work experience: Community service organization. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Work under pressure. Physically demanding.
