*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. * Conduct commercial cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks. * Manage time efficiently to complete assigned duties within set schedules. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise. * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including heavy lifting of equipment or materials. * Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. *Experience* * Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
