*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. This position requires a strong understanding of dealership finance, sales processes, and customer service, along with the ability to negotiate effectively in financial services. *Duties* * Oversee all financial activities within the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. * Collaborate with sales teams to develop financing options that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. * Negotiate terms with financial institutions to secure favorable financing options for customers. * Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies. * Provide training and support to staff on financial products and services. * Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance profitability. * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely reporting. *Skills* * Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within a dealership environment. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for the dealership and customers. * Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the financing process. * Proficient in math and financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve overall business objectives. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
