*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash/Brow Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelashBrow services to our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience through meticulous application techniques and outstanding customer service. *Duties* * Perform high-quality eyelash/ brow applications, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met. * Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash/browe styles. * Educate clients on aftercare procedures to maintain their eyelash/brow service. * Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. * Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. * Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication. *Skills* * Proficient in applying eyelash/brow services with attention to detail. * Strong upselling skills to promote services and retail products effectively. * Excellent customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction. * Experience in front desk operations or retail sales is a plus. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * A passion for beauty trends and a commitment to ongoing education in the field of eyelash/brow services. *Compensation * * Competitive wages * Join us as an Eyelash/Brow Specialist, where your skills will contribute to creating beautiful transformations for our clients!
