The Behaviour Analyst will provide consultative and program resource support for school personnel and comprehensive assessments with effective program interventions for referred students within Positive Behaviour Support of the LDCSB.Qualifications and Skills required: Behaviour Analyst (BA) Certification completed or pending completion of supervised practice (as Supervision could be provided)<p> Master's Degree<p> Registration with the Ontario College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts.<p> Proven ability to work successfully in partnership with students, school and system staff<p> Experience working in an inclusive school setting and with a wide range of exceptionalities, including students with ASD<p> Knowledge of current research in behavioural assessment and intervention methods<p> Ability to work within a Problem Solving Framework<p> Possess an understanding and appreciation of the mission of a Catholic school system<p> Ability to provide professional development opportunities for staff<p> Excellent organization and communication skills<p> Ability to be self-directed and work in a complex environment<p> Ability to quickly establish effective interpersonal relationships<p> Reliable transportation is required to travel within the LDCSB District <p>Application must include: Apply to Education Portfolio, cover letter and resume, documented proof of qualification, and the names and contact information of three professional references, one of whom is your current supervisor.
