Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of esthetician services including facials, waxing, and nails, gel nails , nail extensions - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction - Upsell products and services to enhance the guest experience - Conduct consultations and recommend personalized skincare regimens -services as needed - Demonstrate and promote retail products to guests - Assist with front desk duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments Experience: - Previous experience as an estheticien - Knowledge of skincare products and techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Join our team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional beauty and wellness services to our valued guests.
