*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting our Residents safely and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all riders. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Position is one day a week with opportunities to fill shifts at our other locations .
*Responsibilities*
* Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations.
* Maintain a punctual schedule while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.
* Educate passengers on shuttle routes, schedules, and safety protocols.
* Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues as needed.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding passenger needs and any changes in schedules.
* Assist in providing care for children or seniors as required during transport, ensuring their safety and comfort.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers of all ages.
* Experience working with children or in senior care environments is a plus.
* Mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues is beneficial.
* Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable.
* Ability to educate passengers about services offered and ensure they feel comfortable during their journey.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to diverse groups.

Pay: $18.25-$20.30 per hour
