Blend Projects Inc is a modern prefab design/build company. We are committed to building innovative, healthy and high quality homes. We are looking for a Project Manager to help us continue to grow and expand. *Responsibilities* *Work with internal teams to ensure that projects are on time and within budget.* * Manage the permitting process in collaboration with our design team * Manage consultants, and sub-contractors for the duration of the assigned project * Manage the budget and schedule for each assigned project * Lead our in-house filed team through manufacturing and construction of each assigned project * Client communication and expectation setting throughout the project * Oversee code compliance, quality control, and execution of our homes * Organize project folders, documentation and specs for all projects * Work with our in house accounting team to produce project invoices * Manage all resources required to complete each project *Skills & Qualifications* 6+ years experience in a construction management role (project manager or similar role) *Strong computer skills (MS Word & Excel).* Strong communication skills (verbal & written). *Strong organizational skills ).* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is essential; ability to prioritize is a must. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure under direction. In the field construction experience is preferred.
