S2 Auto is an established and well maintained automotive shop on the southside of Edmonton. The shop is extremely clean and well lit, which is the pride of our team (please refer to pictures at s2auto.com). Due to an overwhelming amount of work, we are looking for an experienced automotive service technician, ideally a certified journeyman. Diagnostic experience is a desired asset. S2 Auto is a shop that accepts all types of automotive work ? we service and repair all makes and models. Requirements: * Valid Alberta driver?s license, with a clean abstract * Strong oral and written communication skills * Must have your own tools * Experience with various makes and models * Experience with high-end vehicles is an asset but not required * Ability to diagnose vehicles and perform repairs in a timely fashion with minimal supervision * Out of province and CVIP license is beneficial but not necessary What we offer: * A close knit group who works well together as a team * Large, well-lit shop with state of the art equipment * Competitive wages * Free Benefits program Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Experience: * automotive technician: 4 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Driver's License (required) * Journeyman (required) Work Location: In person- LocationEdmonton, AB
