*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every client. *Duties* * Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences and current trends. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients. * Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients? needs and offering professional advice on hair care and styling products. * Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling hair care products that enhance the client?s experience. * Assist at the front desk as needed, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service delivery. *Requirements* * Proven experience in hair styling with a valid hairstylist license. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in upselling products related to hair care. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining hygiene standards within the salon environment. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the salon?s schedule.
