*Assistant General Manager* Dynasty Properties is a locally owned property management company specializing in residential leasing in Northern Alberta. Currently seeking an Assistant General Manager for our head office in Lac La Biche, Alberta. *Responsibilities* -Working closely with Site Managers to ensure smooth day to day operations. -Becoming creative in their advertising to earn new business -Using social media tools for Marketing Purposes -Working Closely with General Manager to help oversee entire operation - Dealing with Tenant related concerns, complaints and dealing with after Hour emergencies. -Helping setup systems to ensure smooth operations -Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals within the company. -In charge of Hiring and Management of Site Managers, Maintenance & Cleaning staff. *Perks* -Salary will be dependant up prior experience -Flexible work schedule -Benefits package -Travel perks -Staff housing available Applicant must have a valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle.
