*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. * Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes. * Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team in various environments. * Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment. *Skills* * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients. * Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. * Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines * Attention to detail in executing cleaning tasks thoroughly and accurately.
