*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare services and guest experiences. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in body waxing, skincare, and product knowledge will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests. *Duties* * Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and skin treatments. * Sanitate all tools and work areas according to health and safety regulations. * Provide excellent guest services by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. * Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products. * Engage in hospitality practices to ensure a memorable experience for each guest. * Promote retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. * Upsell additional services based on client needs and preferences. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and concerns. *Qualifications* * Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations. * Experience in body waxing and other esthetic services is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Ability to sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area. * Familiarity with retail sales techniques and product demonstrations. * Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients. * Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a plus. * A passion for skincare and staying updated on industry trends.
