Job details
* Greeting office visitors and managing patient intake * Answering and routing incoming calls * Scheduling and confirming appointments for patients * Updating patient records * Communicating with labs, healthcare providers, and insurance companies * Familiar with Accuro EMR will be an asset * Familiarization with medical terminology will be an asset * Sensitivity to confidential maters is required * Excellent phone etiquette and be comfortable working with patients in clinical environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: * St. Thomas, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationSt. Thomas, ON
