We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental services to our patients. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient comfort and care.
*Duties*
* Perform routine dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
* Conduct endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, with precision and care.
* Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment during all dental procedures.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient office operations and patient satisfaction.
* Fabricate dental appliances as necessary, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques into practice.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge
* Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and patient assessment techniques.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
* Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients.
