We are committed to providing top-quality installations and exceptional customer service. \*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Permanent LED Light Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in exterior installations, be comfortable working at heights, and possess their own tools. You will play a crucial role in transforming homes with our innovative lighting solutions. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* - Install permanent LED lighting systems on the exterior of residential properties. - Ensure all installations are completed to high-quality standards and adhere to safety regulations. - Work comfortably on ladders and scaffolding to reach various installation points. - Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. - Conduct post-installation checks to ensure proper functionality and aesthetics of the lighting systems. - Maintain and care for tools and equipment to ensure their longevity and effectiveness. \*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Previous experience in exterior installations, construction, or similar fields. - Must own a complete set of installation tools. - Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation. \*\*Physical Requirements:\*\* - Ability to lift and carry up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs]. - Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. - Comfortable working in various weather conditions. \*\*What We Offer:\*\* - Competitive compensation based on experience. - Flexible work schedule. - Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
