*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by delivering high-quality services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. *Duties* * Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Provide makeup application services for special events or everyday looks. * Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry standards. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement treatment services, enhancing the overall guest experience. * Upsell additional services or products to clients based on their needs and preferences. * Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services and follow-up communications. *Experience* * Previous experience as an Esthetician is preferred; however, newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply. * Skills in hair styling, nail care, and hospitality are highly desirable. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for clients. * Experience in upselling and retail sales is a plus. * A valid esthetician license is required to practice in the state of employment. We offer hourly pay, commission or room rental options.
