Our Point of Sale (POS) system empowers businesses to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help our clients succeed.
We?re expanding our team of Account Executives at Cluster, and we want your enthusiasm and sales expertise to help grow the Cluster brand in your region. In this consultative role, you will identify prospects, build relationships, and onboard new restaurateurs in your local area. By understanding their unique needs, you?ll create customized solutions that foster their success.
This is a field sales position. Candidates must reside in the Toronto area or be willing to relocate.
*Responsibilities*
* Generate a list of prospective restaurants
* Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial call to the close
* Understanding the competitive landscape of the market and determining how to best position Cluster to prospective clients
* Conduct demos and tailor a solution that meets the prospect?s needs
* Leverage our CRM, Zoho, to manage sales activities
* Partner with teams across Cluster to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
*Requirements*
* 1+ years experience with self-sourcing clients is required
* 1+ years of experience in a closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a relatable field and industry
* Reliable transportation is essential, as this is an in-field position. Cluster will reimburse you for mileage.
* Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
* Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing goals.
* Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment
* General technical proficiency with software
* General technical proficiency with software; experience with Zoho CRM is an asset

*Earning Potential:* The estimated earning potential for this role ranges from *$100,000 to $115,000 CAD,* consisting of a base salary, commission, and eligibility for other benefits. This role qualifies for *uncapped commissions*, with a starting salary determined by skills and experience.
