Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Confined spaces. Noisy. Dangerous. Dusty. Cold/refrigerated. Hot. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Pave and rake asphalt. Assist in demolishing buildings. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Hand-eye co-ordination. Weight handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs). Personal suitability: Dependability. Reliability. Hardworking. Experience: Experience an asset.
