Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. *Job Description:* As a part-time receptionist at Aviva Cosmetic & Laser Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism. * Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries. * Checking guests in and out, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. * Providing information about our services, promotions, and products. * Collaborating with the clinic team to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and services. * Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. *Schedule:* Part-time position: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. 6-8 hour shifts *Requirements:* * Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist. * Previous experience in a medical setting is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. * Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. *Benefits:* * Discounts on spa services and products. * A supportive and inclusive work environment. * Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
