*A full time live-in Superintendent for a 279-unit condo building in Scarborough. We offer: * Competitive Salary: Starting at $50,000+, with potential for growth. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire codes, and routine repair work. Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and work independently. Respond to any emergencies, interact with contractors, building residents. Speak and read English a must and good communication skills.
