Service Technicians test, repair, and perform maintenance on automobiles. They are responsible for performing computer and electronic testing using the latest test equipment and a wide range of tools to identify and repair client concerns. Once the problem has been identified, the Service Technician is responsible for performing appropriate repairs and maintenance equivalent or better than manufacturer specification. This position has an intricate responsibility to build client loyalty and satisfaction by developing trust and ensuring confidence for their vehicle safety and reliability.
Job Responsibilities
* Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy to drive client loyalty.
* Follow workflow procedure to ensure smooth communication between Service Technician, Service Advisor and Client.
* Identify the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the client.
* Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of client vehicles.
* Document work performed on each vehicle on the digital inspection report.
* Maintain an inventory of Technician tools not normally considered ?special tools?
* Providing an exceptional client experience to drive loyalty
Requirements
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Motivated with a client-focused attitude
* Experienced in electrical and computer diagnostics
* Valid driver?s licence with an acceptable driver abstract

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
