*Position Summary*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Financial Controller* to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company, overseeing all accounting operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is critical in supporting our company's growth and profitability through sound financial planning and strategic decision-making.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Financial Management:* Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* *Reporting:* Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
* *Compliance:* Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
* *Asset Management:* Manage the company's holdings and assets, ensuring efficient use and optimization.
* *Internal Controls:* Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
* *Leadership:* Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and fostering a culture of excellence.
* *Strategic Planning:* Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic financial initiatives and business growth.
*Qualifications*
* *CPA/CMA designation* is required.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably within the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry.
* Proven experience in managing all aspects of financial operations and reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
