*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of various beverages, cocktail preparation, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through innovative drink creations and excellent hospitality. *Duties* * Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and creativity. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. * Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food pairings with drinks. * Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. * Uphold all local laws regarding alcohol service and adhere to responsible serving practices. * Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. * Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cashiering processes. * Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. * Excellent math skills for accurate measurement and pricing of drinks. * Exceptional time management abilities to handle high-volume service efficiently. * Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. * A passion for mixology, including knowledge of current trends in cocktails and beverages. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
