*Summit Heights Retirement Residence*, located in Hamilton, Ontario, is looking for a *Hospitality Supervisor* to join our team! As the *Hospitality Supervisor* you would be responsible for supervising the dining room service of all meals , special events, the housekeeping and laundry departments. You would also coordinate and supervise housekeeping services, while following established policies, procedures and standards. Requirements: * Grade 12 or equivalent. * Completion of a the food and beverage program would be an asset. * Courses in hospitality and management or equivalent are preferred. * Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, * Ability to manage employees and resources. * Good written and verbal communication. * Previous experience with seniors would be an asset. * Available every other weekend.
