Minimum of $500!* * *Free parking* * *Company events* * *And more!!!!* *Your days will include:* * Establishing and organizing a cohesive maintenance team, promote continuous improvement culture * Ensuring Health/Safety compliance and training of all staff within the department * Responsible for updating and reporting out on KPI?s, budget variances and lean initiatives * Responsible for the overall upkeep of equipment/systems * Ensuring SOP are kept updated and developed to reflect departmental work * Supporting budgeting activities on an annual basis * Working closely with customers and other departments to identify and resolve maintenance related opportunities * Managing utilities reporting and resolve variances * Resolving employee issues, lead and assist employee development and performance feedback plans *To succeed in this role you must possess:* * Supervisor and/or Management experience for minimum 5 years in a farm setting * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Great organizational skills and self-motivated * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Seek to implement continuous improvement techniques in a progressive environment * Experience with budgeting and tracking costs * Proficient with Microsoft Excel * Valid driver?s license * Minimum level of education grade 12 * Management certificate or has successfully completed numerous management and leadership courses * Red seal certification would be an asset *Quick Facts:* * Culturally diverse ? employ people from all over the world * Fully integrated facility ?Feed Mills, Barns, Transportation, and Production Plant * 2500+ employees worldwide * We Care about our employees, communities, customers, animals, and our environment _HyLife has an accommodation process for employees with disabilities.
