We are recognized for our outstanding service and commitment to value, specializing in new construction builds as well as the servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure long-term, reliable operation for our clients.
*What you?ll do:*
* Proactively establish and maintain preventative maintenance contracts with new and existing commercial clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-generated and internal leads, focusing on ensuring sales targets are met.
* Serve as the primary contact for customers and clients, addressing all concerns and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
* Convert construction projects into maintenance contracts through effective relationship-building and customer service.
* Work closely with upper management and teammates to develop and refine effective sales strategies and approaches.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market opportunities to strategically position our services.
*A little about you:*
* Demonstrated ability to work diligently in a sales environment, with at least 1-3 years of account management experience; HVAC or related field experience preferred.
* Strong work ethic and a proven track record of achieving sales success.
* Excellent team player who values and respects collaborative efforts and pitches in to support team members.
* Capable of effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Access to a vehicle for client and site visits.
* Passionate about staying updated with industry developments and leveraging knowledge in client interactions.
