*About Us:* Kiwi Dental is a leading dental clinic in Oakville, known for providing exceptional dental care and an outstanding patient experience. We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist. Experience on this roll is a plus but not necessary as long as you have a fantastic personality and a willingness to learn, we will train the right candidate. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor * Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries * Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes * Submit and follow up on insurance claims * Support the dental team with scheduling and insurance-related tasks *Qualifications:* * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred * Experience in a dental office is a plus but not required * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays *Perks & Benefits:* * Two weeks vacation * Dental scrubs provided * Comprehensive training on all our administration software * Health spending account * An amazing work environment with a supportive team *Why Join Us?* * Opportunity to grow within the dental industry * Be part of a supportive and award-winning team * Competitive hourly rate based on experience and performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 44 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Dental care Schedule: * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * What makes you the best candidate for this position (MUST ANSWER) * Are you available to work any day from Mon to Sat? * Do you have reliable transportation?
