*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients by delivering high-quality services and promoting our product offerings. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions. * Provide expert advice on skincare products and routines tailored to individual client needs. * Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure the safety and comfort of clients. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on proper usage and benefits. * Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement services provided. * Deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring each client feels valued and satisfied with their experience. * Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty and skincare to provide informed recommendations. *Experience* * Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in retail sales and product demonstrations is highly desirable. * Knowledge of hair styling, nail care, and body waxing techniques is a plus. * Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards effectively. * Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
