This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and an interest in the commercial cleaning industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. *Responsibilities:* · Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and lead follow up. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. · Present and promote our commercial cleaning services to potential clients. · Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. · Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPI?s. · Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. · Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction. *Requirements:* · 1-2 years of experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred. · 1-2 years of sales experience is required. · Minimum of Grade 12 completion. · Must have a reliable vehicle. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong organizational and time management skills · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach *Compensation:* · Base salary range of $40,000 - $60,000, plus commission structure · Monthly vehicle allowance · Company provided cell phone · Full health plan *Consider joining* *Bison Janitorial Services Ltd. and be a part of a team that values quality, integrity and customer satisfaction.
