\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care services to patients in a hospital setting, with a focus on pediatrics and acute care. \*Responsibilities\* - Review and interpret physicians' orders - Prepare and dispense medications accurately - Monitor patient drug therapies for interactions, contraindications, duplications, and allergies - Educate patients on medication use and possible side effects - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes - Maintain accurate patient records - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards \*Skills\* - Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations - Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, particularly in pediatrics and acute care - Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical practices - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 27 ? 42 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Profit sharing * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Cambridge, ON N1R 3H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): * Flexible to work in Guelph and Milton ??
