The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and possess strong leadership skills to assist in the smooth operation of our kitchen. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation - Supervise kitchen staff in food production activities - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations - Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and specials - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures \*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry - Proficient in various cooking techniques with a focus on quality and presentation - Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Team management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a kitchen team - Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Sous Chef.
