Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team as a Part time guard with lots of availability, could lead to full time in future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Duties: - Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence - Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property - Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area - Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations - Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions - Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation - Provide assistance to people in need Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position -fluent in both French and English, Verbal and Written - Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety - Familiarity with report writing - Excellent surveillance and observation skills - Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems - Trained in CPR and First Aid - Ability to operate CCTV systems - Strong understanding of conflict management procedures - Military or law enforcement background is a plus - Clean Criminal record - Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident, living in the Moncton or surrounding area This position Starts out as Part time leading to full time, offers competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and the chance to work in a dynamic security environment.
