*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in various esthetic treatments will enhance the overall guest experience, promoting both beauty and wellness. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments. * Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate services and products. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health regulations. * Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. * Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. * Stay updated with the latest trends in skincare, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care. *Experience* * Previous experience as an Esthetician is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Experience in front desk operations or sales is a plus. * Ability to perform makeup application and provide nail care services is desirable. * Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a clean workspace.
