*Job description* Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact in a thriving practice? Our team is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every patient, and we?re excited to welcome two new hygienists who share our commitment to excellence. *Position Details:* * *First Hygienist:* Available to choose to work Mondays (we can be flexible on Mondays to offer 9:00 ? 2:00 pm, or until 5:00 pm), _*or*_ you may choose Fridays from 9:00 ? 1:30 pm, and 1 or 2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 ? 2:00 pm. * *Second Hygienist:* Available to work 2-3 Saturdays per month from 8:00 ? 2:00 pm. If you?re looking for a place where your skills will shine and your contributions are valued, this is the opportunity for you! *What We're Looking For:* * A dedicated professional who consistently meets clinical standards, including Oral Cancer Screenings and periodontal disease management. * Someone who believes in empowering patients through co-created hygiene care plans and regular progress monitoring. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. *Qualifications:* * Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene program. * Preferred experience, but we welcome enthusiastic new graduates! * Current registration with the CDHO and CPR/First Aid certification. * Strong command of the English language and a customer-focused approach. *Responsibilities* * Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. * Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories. * Utilize Paradigm Logic Tech software for scheduling and charting (we will train). * Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. * Stay current on industry trends and best practices for patient care. *What We Offer:* * A collaborative team environment where you can grow professionally. * Competitive salary based on experience and the potential to contribute to the growth of our practice. * A chance to make a difference in the lives of our patients every day.
